Working with and building on traditional boatbuilding and design, we are constantly updating methods, materials, and practices to ensure the work we do lasts for years and decades to come with minimal upkeep upon leaving the shop.

Denver Custom Boatworks strives to be a place to cultivate connections with our clients, among boaters, and with our community in Denver. If you see us at boat shows, at our own events, or would like to stop by the shop, we would love to connect with you!

We’re building your boat–we’ll make it the boat of your dreams. We will keep you updated on all the work we’re doing and work closely with you to accomplish your goals for your boat.

We go above and beyond to not only make your boat amazing but also your experience working with us.

We strive to be as environmentally-conscious as possible, creating and restoring boats that foster connection with nature and the waterways in which they play. After all, everything we do is to get you out on the water, so we seek to take care of those waterways that they may be available and beautiful for generations to come.

Education

We exist to develop and apprentice not only future generations of professional boatbuilders but also to educate boat owners on their own watercraft.

Many boat owners wish to work on their boats themselves, and others’ dreams are to build their own boat from scratch. We serve this community, too, by coaching you along, giving advice, sourcing materials, meeting in-person or over video calls, or whatever else you may need along your journey.
